A little story behind the scenes
Aricha, in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, is renowned for its high-quality coffee, thriving in ideal conditions of high altitudes and fertile volcanic soil. Typically washed, Aricha coffees exhibit bright acidity and complex flavor profiles with floral and fruity notes, thanks to traditional processing methods employed by local smallholder farms.
Adoris Station, one of the washing stations owned by Testi Coffee, is situated at an altitude of 1,950 to 2,100 meters, providing an excellent environment for coffee cultivation. Founded in 2009 by Foysel A. Yonis, Testi Coffee is dedicated to exporting green beans and operates additional washing stations in Guji, Sidamo, Limu, and Yirgacheffe.
